Sat, 16-Aug-03 Second half of August already! Oh well, hopefully finished for next weekend. Making mainsail. Masking tape had left some nasty residue (due to heatwave) on the hulls, finally found something that would shift it without also shifting the paint - lighter fluid (refined petrol, I believe) - phew

Sat, 23-Aug-03 Assemble launching trolley. Batten end protectors to mainsail. Assemble rudders / tillers, make joining tube. Clean hulls with lighter fluid. Boat is more or less finished but I can't get transport until next weekend

Sat, 30-Aug-03 Transported the boat to its home. Final rigging. Brief naming ceremony (she is called Martha), then in the water at last! Test sail with someone familiar with catamarans, then a solo flight. Fast and great fun, better pictures hopefully after next weekend...
