Thu, 01-May-03 Sand levelled beambox, round over crossbeams
Sat, 03-May-03 Two coats of epoxy to beamboxes and crossbeams
Mon, 05-May-03 Decide that fit of crossbeams isn't as good as I would like. The gaps are a bit too big, and the front crossbeam is a little twisted, so... true it up, and think about using ply packing pieces to give a snugger fit
Tue, 06-May-03 Epoxy ply packing pieces to crossbeams
Wed, 07-May-03 Planing packing pieces down to fit beam boxes
Thu, 08-May-03 Planing packing pieces down to fit beam boxes - now a nice fit
Sat, 10-May-03 Three coats of epoxy to ply packing pieces
Sun, 11-May-03 Finally fit (and epoxy) retaining blocks into beam boxes
Tue, 13-May-03 Plane down retaining blocks flush with decktop
Wed, 14-May-03 Remove boat from jig, take out crossbeams, replace in jig
Thu, 15-May-03 Cut out beam box cover ply pieces (two layers), mark up rudders
What's next? Glue beam box cover layers together, inner coats of epoxy, fit to hulls. Then sanding, filling, sanding, coating etc to hulls
